Legendary weapons are the backbone of Relics combat. You unlock them through the Legendary crafting line (read the magazines), and they also drop from named enemies, dungeon victory crates and the Boss Lottery. They use Legendary Repair Kits unless noted.

Legendary Flamethrower
A close-range fire weapon that sets everything in front of you ablaze. It burns Flamethrower Propellant (craftable, and sold as [Inferno] Flamethrower Canisters bundles of 100). It is at its best holding a doorway or a choke point on horde night. Fire does not beat everything: burning-themed enemies such as Ashmaw and the Pyre Tyrant shrug it off, and it is useless at range.
- Ammo: Flamethrower Propellant (ammoFlamethrower), bundled as [Inferno] Flamethrower Canisters.
- Lottery versions: the Ashbound, Ironwake, Graveforged and Cataclysm "Cinder Gospel" flamethrowers.
- Counter-play: if a Pyre Tyrant or Ash Legion enemy sets YOU on fire, Cinderwatch armor and Flame-Retardant Gel are the answers.
Acid Sprayer
A hold-to-fire sprayer. Every successful hit applies corrosion to the target (damage over time, refreshed on repeat hits rather than stacked). The spray itself is deliberately understated visually; a small splash marks each hit. Pair it with Blightwarden armor when fighting Blight enemies that spray back.

This weapon is only used for medical purposes. When loaded with - Medical Bandage Rounds - this will allow you to shoot team mates and heal them from a distance in a pinch. BUT, these rounds do come at a cost.
Restores 3 health per second for 10 seconds. Further hits refresh the treatment; they do not increase its strength. Unlocked at Legendary Medicine 82. Load into the Legendary Medic Gun using its ammo selection menu.
Run 10% faster and recover 2 extra stamina per second for 15 seconds. Followed by 10 seconds of fatigue. Further hits refresh the boost. Unlocked at Legendary Medicine 100. Load into the Legendary Medic Gun using its ammo selection menu.
Stops bleeding and grants 50% resistance to new bleeding for 20 seconds. Further hits refresh the duration. Unlocked at Legendary Medicine 90. Load into the Legendary Medic Gun using its ammo selection menu.
An automatic acid sprayer. Hold the trigger to fire; release to stop. Hits apply four seconds of corrosion and a brief splash. Uses Acid Canisters.
